Photovoltaic cables refer to the connecting cables from PV cells (solar cells) to the DC terminals of PV inverters. After various inspections, they meet the performance requirements of the products in different environments.

 

Product performance characteristics

Working temperature: -40℃～+120℃;

Insulation and sheath are made of cross-linked polyolefin material;

The service life of the cable is not less than 25 years;

The cable has anti-ozone, anti-ultraviolet, anti-water vapor, lead-free, halogen-free, flame retardant, low smoke, oil resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and other properties;

Weather resistance/ultraviolet resistance meets (65±3)℃, tensile strength and elongation at break before and after 720h aging are both ≥ 70%;

Smoke density meets light transmittance ≥ 60%;

The thermal life meets the performance requirements such as T1=120, 20000h, and the elongation at break of the sample reaches 50%;

The products have obtained TUV certification and been recognized by the international market.
