KVV cable is a PVC insulated control cable, mostly used for control, signal, protection and measurement system wiring. Manufactured according to GB9330 "Plastic Insulated Control Cables", IEC60227 "PVC Insulated Cables with Rated Voltage 450/750V and Below" and IEC60502 "Rated Voltage 1-30kV Extruded Insulated Power Cables and Accessories".

The cable is manufactured according to the standard GB 12706-91 or IEC60502.It is suitable to be installed in the power
transmission and distribution lines with rated voltage of 0.6/1 KV(U0/U).
2.Maximum rated temperature
(1)The maximum operating temperature of cores shall not exceed 90C, when the cable is used for long period. The temperature of cores shall not exceed 250℃ at short circuit fors seconds.
(2)The installation of cables is not limited by the difference of level along the route. The ambient temperature should not be below 0℃ during installation. The minimum bending radius shall not be less than 10 times of the cable overall diameter when laying.
●The power frequency rated voltage Uo/U is 450/750V.
●The allowable long-term maximum working temperature of the cable conductor is 70℃.
●The ambient temperature should not be lower than 0°C when the cable is laid. If the ambient temperature is lower than 0°C, the cable should be preheated.
●The recommended allowable bending radius of the cable is as follows:
For unarmored cables, it should not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable;
Armored or copper-tape shielded cables should not be less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable;
The shielded flexible cable shall not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable.
