Products Description

Definition
BVR wire is a copper core PVC insulated flexible wire, which is used in occasions where flexibility is required for fixed wiring.
BVR wire is a special flexible wire for power distribution cabinet. Also called secondary line. 

This product is suitable for fixed laying of power devices with AC rated voltage 450/750V and below. Such as home improvement lighting. Fixed wiring can be used in indoor surface laying, through pipes and other occasions. In order to facilitate the distinction during installation, it can be divided into seven colors: red, yellow, blue, green, black, white, and double. Since BVR has a soft structure, it is mostly used in soft environments. The only difference between BVR wires and BV wires is that the wire diameter of the R-type wire conductor is annealed copper wire. That is: increase the number of conductors, reduce the diameter of a single conductor, and the diameter of a single conductor is less than 1 mm. In this way, BVR wires are very soft, and the laying angle requirements are greatly reduced compared with BV wires. It is more convenient and fast to thread pipes and wire slots, and greatly improve work efficiency while reducing work intensity. A)The product is suitable for fixed wiring of power plant and electrical equipment with rated AC voltage up to and including 450/750V.
B)The permissible continuous operating temperature of cables: BV-105 is not more than 150C, others are not more than 70℃

A)Coil length of cable (wire) is 100m, filled reel length not less than 100m. Short length not less than 10m can be delivered.
