The PVC insulated power cables produced by our factory adopt IEC standards and are suitable for power transmission and distribution systems up to 3.6/6KV.

Operating conditions for cable laying
● laying in air
1. When the single-core cables are laid in parallel, the center distance: 185mm2 and below is twice the cable diameter; 240mm2 and above is 90mm.
2. Ambient air temperature: 40°C
3. The long-term maximum working temperature of the conductor: 70°C
● direct burial laying
1. When the single-core cable is laid without contact, the cable center distance is twice the cable diameter.
2. Soil temperature: 25°C.
3. The long-term maximum working temperature of the conductor: 70°C.
4. Soil thermal resistance coefficient: 1.0℃.m/W.
5. Direct burial depth: 0.7m.
Scope of use
Copper core aluminum core VVVLV PVC insulated and PVC sheathed power cables are laid indoors, in pipelines and tunnels VYVLY PVC insulated and polyethylene sheathed power cables are laid indoors, in pipelines and in pipelines VV22VLV22 PVC insulated Steel tape armored PVC sheathed power cables are laid underground and can withstand external mechanical forces VV23VLV23 PVC insulated steel tape armored PE sheathed power cables.
The long-term allowable working temperature of the cable conductor should not exceed 70°C, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 160°C when short-circuited (the longest duration is 5S).
The finished cable can withstand AC 50HZ, 3.5KV withstand voltage test at room temperature (without breakdown for 5 minutes).
The ambient temperature when laying the cable should not be lower than 0°C, the laying is not limited by the drop, and the maintenance is easy.
When laying the cable, the minimum bending radius should not be less than 10 times the outer diameter of the cable, the minimum bending radius of the armored cable should not be less than 12 times the cable, and the minimum bending radius of the five-core cable should not be less than 15 times the outer diameter of the cable.
