Standards

This product is manufactured according to GB9329-88 and GB/T1179-1999. The heat-treated aluminum-magnesium-silicon alloy has good tensile strength, and its conductivity is only about 10% lower than that of aluminum wires. It can be used for general large-span transmission lines.

The main performance of the product:

1. Energy saving: the conductivity of soft aluminum wire is 62.5%~63%IACS or above, which is higher than 61%IACS, which reduces energy consumption during power transmission and achieves the effect of energy saving during power transmission.

2. When the wire is erected and subjected to force, part or all of the force that the aluminum conductor should bear is transferred to the steel core. The result: ① The migration point temperature of the wire moves to a lower temperature, even reaching 60°C, 50°C, and 40°C The linear expansion coefficient also decreases before the migration point or lower; ②The migration point is controllable. When the temperature is higher than the migration point, the thermal expansion coefficient is 11.5×10-6 /℃, and the sag increment is small. That is, when the capacity is increased by 50%~100%, the sag still meets the requirements.

3. The soft aluminum type wire conductor is still evaluated by the strength residual rate after heating at 230°C for 1 hour, and its residual rate is ≥ 95%, which is better than the strength residual rate of heat-resistant aluminum alloy ≥ 90%.

4. Material saving during renovation and construction of old lines: Without the need to rebuild lines and towers, the capacity can be increased by more than 50%, or even 80% to 100%. Save materials and other related costs during line transformation. ③Land saving when building a new line: If two lines need to be built, it can be simplified into one line, saving one line and saving investment; or there is the possibility of transporting a larger capacity during construction.

5. It is very simple to erect and install; although the aluminum part of the wire has already transferred all or most of the stress to the steel core during manufacture, as long as a simple clamp is given at the end of the wire, the steel core and the aluminum wire will be easily It will not move and maintain the state of mechanical distribution; the subsequent erection construction process is similar to that of the steel-reinforced aluminum strand. (Much simpler than gap-type wire construction.)

6. Long life: SZ-shaped or T-shaped soft aluminum, the structure is very compact, and it is more resistant to vibration. The self-damping performance is better, and the tight profile slows down the corrosion speed of the wire, greatly prolonging the service life of the wire, and the life of the whole cycle is longer.

7. Excellent performance-price ratio: The wire is made of the most stable and reliable steel core and aluminum wire, and its price is much cheaper than Invar core, carbon fiber, and aluminum-based ceramic fiber. In terms of transmission capacity, its price is almost equal to or cheaper than that of steel-reinforced aluminum stranded wire, and the line also saves towers, foundation, and hardware investment, and its cost performance is the best.
