Products Description
This product is suitable for power frequency rated voltage 3.6/6kv ~ 26/35kv power transmission and distribution lines for power distribution.
1. Product use: This product is suitable for power lines with a rated voltage (U0/U) of 3.6/6 to 26/35KV for power transmission and distribution.
2. Product standard: GB12706-91 rated voltage 35KV and below copper core, aluminum core plastic insulated power cable.
3. Product use characteristics: (1) When the cable is laid under the condition that the ambient temperature is not lower than 0 ℃, it is not necessary to pre-heat. Cable laying heights are not restricted. (2) The long-term allowable operating temperature of the cable core shall not exceed the following regulations: 90°C for cables with a polyvinyl chloride sheath on the outer sheath; 80°C for cables with a polyethylene sheath on the outer sheath. (3) When the wire core is short-circuited (the longest duration is 5S), the temperature shall not exceed 250°C (4) The minimum bending radius when laying the cable is specified as follows: single-core cable: 20 (d+D) ± 5%; three-core cable: 15 (d+D)±5%. Where: D is the actual outer diameter of the cable, d is the actual outer diameter of the conductor
1.Application
The products are suitable to be used in those place where wires and cables must continue to work for some time under fire conditions/e.g.power station, underground, railways, tall buildings, important industrial and mining enterprise, and place related to fire architecture.
2.Main Characteristic
2.1 The fire resistant characteristics and testing methods of finished wires and cables correspond to GB 12666.6: burd for 90-180 minutes at 950℃-1000℃, will not be broken down at rated voltage.
2.2 The finished cables can withstand the 3.5 KV voltage testing voltage-test at 20℃ for 5 minutes.
2.3 Except the above, the other characteristics of wires and cables are as same as the ones.
